Our custom memory sweatshirts are made using your little one’s clothing to create a personalized appliqué design, with their names beautifully embroidered underneath. Whether it’s their coming-home outfit, favorite onesie, or those tiny clothes you just can’t part with, this is a special way to keep those memories close. HOW TO ORDER 1. Choose your sweatshirt size. 2. Select your appliqué wording (MAMA, GRANDMA, NANA, etc.). 3. Enter the names you’d like embroidered underneath the design. 4. Complete your purchase. 5. Ship your baby clothes to the address provided after ordering. WHAT TO SEND Please send the clothing items you’d like incorporated into your sweatshirt. These can include baby onesies, sleepers, shirts, or other sentimental clothing. I will need at least 2 items (outfits, hospital blankets, receiving blankets, etc.) If you have specific preferences for which fabrics are used in certain letters, please message me or include a note in your package before shipping. PERSONALIZATION Children’s names will be embroidered directly underneath the appliqué and each child’s name separated by a heart. IMPORTANT INFORMATION * This listing includes one custom sweatshirt. * Customers are responsible for shipping their clothing to KT Embroidery within one week of ordering. * Please do not ship clothing until after your order has been placed and you’ve received shipping instructions. * Clothing will be cut to create the appliqué and cannot be returned in its original condition. * Each sweatshirt is handmade and will be unique depending on the clothing provided. * Production begins after your clothing has been received. * Please double-check all personalization details before ordering.
