Order Policies Each Broderie & Co. piece is thoughtfully made to order just for you. Because of the personalized and custom nature of our work, all made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Timing & Event Dates If your order is for a wedding, event, gift, or other time-sensitive occasion, please include your event or need-by date when placing your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate your timeline, rush orders and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance. Custom Details & Approvals Please carefully review all names, initials, dates, monograms, colors, sizing, and other personalization details before submitting your order. Broderie & Co. is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer. When a design proof or mockup is provided, production will begin following approval. Handcrafted Variations Because each piece is individually created, slight variations in placement, color, and finished appearance may occur.
