Personalized & Custom Orders * A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due before shipping or local pickup. * Please double-check all names, initials, spelling, colors, and personalization details before submitting your order. Charmed Goods is not responsible for customer-provided errors. * Once production begins, personalized/custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded. * Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may require an additional fee. Turnaround Time * Please allow 2–3 weeks for personalized/custom orders, not including shipping time. * Need your order by a specific date? Contact Charmed Goods before ordering to confirm availability. * Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Returns & Issues * All sales are final. Charmed Goods does not accept returns or exchanges. * If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup so we can make it right. Photos may be requested. Handmade Items * Each item is handmade and embroidered individually. Minor variations in stitching, placement, fabric pattern, and color are normal and are part of the handmade nature of your piece. Shipping & Local Pickup * Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. * Charmed Goods is not responsible for packages marked delivered, lost/stolen after delivery, or sent to an incorrect address. * Local pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification that the order is ready.
