Ready-to-order designs and custom pieces are both available. Custom and personalized items are made to order and are non-refundable. Payment is due in full when your order is placed. Standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks and may vary during busy seasons or for larger orders. Bulk and business orders are welcome- please contact me to discuss quantities, designs, and pricing before ordering.
