Shop policies
All items are made to order just for you. Please double-check sizing, colors, spelling, and personalization details before placing your order. **Turnaround Time:** Most orders are completed within 1–2 weeks after payment and all design details are finalized. Larger, wholesale, or group orders may require additional time. **Payment:** Orders are not placed into production and supplies are not ordered until payment is received. **Custom Orders:** Custom designs, embroidery, and DTF items may require approval before production. Please review proofs carefully, as approved designs will be produced as shown. **Returns & Exchanges:** Because items are made to order, personalized and custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is an error on my part. Please contact me if there is an issue with your order so I can make it right. **Colors & Garments:** Actual garment, thread, and print colors may vary slightly from photos or mockups due to screen settings and product availability. By placing an order, you agree to these shop policies.
