We want you to love your purchase! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. You must get approval prior to returning. All fees for returns are the buyers responsibility. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. I take pictures of all items prior to shipping so I will ask for a picture of the damaged or defective item upon request for exchange. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours. SHIPPING POLICY Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Shipping Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control. Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with an issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the situation.
