I'm McCool Embroidery, based in Benton, Arkansas, and I make custom embroidered to order. A lot of what I do is personalized, names, monograms, holiday designs, so each piece is set up and stitched to fit what you ask for. Custom pieces are made to order and aren't returnable. I ship within the US.
