Shop policies
Every piece I make is embroidered to order, so please double check names, dates, and spelling before you check out. Once stitching starts, I can't make changes. Custom pieces are made to order and aren't returnable, since each one is sewn specifically for you. If something arrives wrong or damaged, reach out and I'll make it right. I ship within the US. If you need something by a certain date, send me a message before ordering so I can let you know if it's doable.
