Getting started
A tour of your dashboard, tab by tab
4 minute read
The sidebar on the left of your dashboard is the whole business, one tab per job. You do not need to learn them all at once. Most days you will live in Today and Orders.
The tabs
Today is your morning page. It shows the orders in motion, anything waiting on you, and your shop link.
Orders is every order, from brand new to done. Tap any order to see its full details, messages, quote, and payments.
Leads catches the maybes: a pasted Facebook chat, a question from your shop page, or someone who saved a design. Each lead has a drafted follow-up you can copy and send.
Customers is your customer book. It remembers every past order, so a reorder takes one tap.
Products is what your shop page sells. Each product holds its photos, colors, sizes, placements, and price.
Supplies tracks blanks and materials, and what they cost you.
Pricing holds your rate card, which is how quotes get their numbers. Set it once and every quote uses the same honest math.
Production is your make list, sorted by ship date, so you always know what goes on the machine next.
Designs is your library of stitch files, with photos and notes about which thread colors you used.
Money shows what came in, what is owed, and what your work actually earned after materials.
Storefront controls your public shop page: the look, the words, and how customers order.
Marketing holds the tools that bring customers back: social post drafts, package inserts, review requests, and deadline campaigns.
Mockups is the Mockup Studio, where you show a customer their piece before you stitch it.
