The queue is built from your order board — due dates, payment status, and stitch-time estimates — so you always know which piece should go on the machine next.

The queue sorts itself by ship date
The piece due soonest sits on top. If an order looks like it will miss its ship date at your current pace, the queue flags it so you can catch it early.
Only paid orders join the queue
An order joins the stitching queue once it's paid. Orders still waiting on a quote or a payment sit in their own list, and a reminder message is drafted for you to review and send.
A run sheet lists everything for the run
One page shows everything you're stitching this run — the words, fonts, threads, and blanks. It also lists the supplies you're short on.
Each piece shows its stitching time
Every order in the queue carries an estimated machine time. Added up, they tell you whether the queue is an afternoon of work or a full weekend.
Where the time estimate comes from.
The estimate is arithmetic, not a black box. Run time is the design's stitch count divided by the stitches-per-minute you set for your machine. Setup time is the minutes you set per hooping — a piece with a front and a sleeve is two hoopings — plus a few seconds for each thread-color stop. Orders you quoted in Broidry use the stitch counts you already tuned on the quote; everything else is estimated from the order's details and labeled as an estimate.
You can change all three numbers any time on your Production page: stitch speed, minutes per hooping, and seconds per color change. Until you set your own, the estimates start from 600 stitches a minute and 6 minutes per hooping.
You stitch exactly what was approved.
Each order in the queue carries its approved mockup — words, font, threads, placement, size. No digging through messages to remember what you agreed to.
