The Mockup Studio

Your customer signs off before you stitch.

Type their words, pick the garment and the thread, and send them a picture of what they are getting. They check the spelling, tap approve, and the approval saves onto the order.

MAMA embroidered in a varsity block font on a crewneck, built in the Mockup Studio

How it works.

1

Build it

Pick a garment, type the name, choose the thread. The lettering comes from the font files your machine runs.

2

Send it

One link, by text, DM, or email. Your customer opens it on their phone.

3

They approve

The wording, the colors, and the size lock onto the order.

The Mockup Studio with Mama placed on an oatmeal sweatshirt in a script font, the hoop drawn over the design at 8.25 by 6.25 inches, and the garment, wording, and font panels on the right

The studio itself: the garment on the left with the hoop drawn over the design and its size in inches on the label, and your garments, wording, fonts, and thread colors down the right.

What the Mockup Studio does for your shop.

Misspelled names stop costing you a garment

Your customer reads the name and taps approve. That approval saves with the order, so if the spelling was wrong, it was wrong on their screen too.

It checks the size against your hoop

The design shows at true size in inches on the garment. Drag the hoop where you would actually hoop it, and the studio tells you if the design won't fit.

Goes out as a link in any chat

Text it, DM it, email it. Your customer opens it on their phone and taps one button. No account, no app, nothing to download.

Your fonts, your threads, your garments

Upload the embroidery fonts you own, pick from the thread colors you stock, and mock up on photos of your own blanks. You start with 11 garments already loaded, so you can send a mockup the day you sign up.

Adjust the lettering until it looks right.

Pull the letter spacing in until a script flows the way it should. Move any single letter on its own. Curve the baseline, add a second line, and center the design on the chest.

What they approve is what the machine stitches.

Lettering is drawn from the same letter files your machine runs. Logos and designs from your library appear as their photos, placed and sized on the garment you picked. Your quote comes from those same numbers: true inches and a stitch-count estimate.

Everything else the studio does.

Send two options

Put two versions of the design in one link and let your customer pick the one they want.

Print at 100%

Print a true-size sheet and lay it on the garment, so you both see how big the design stitches before you start.

Catches problems before you stitch

The studio warns you if the design is too big for the hoop you picked, and if the thread color sits so close to the fabric color that the stitching would barely show.

More than one placement

A name on the chest, a date on the sleeve, a line on the back, each with its own font and thread color, in one mockup.

Color the letters separately

Multi-color fonts keep their own colors, and you can change any single letter to a different thread.

Change it and send it again

When you resend, the earlier approval clears. The only approval on record is for the version your customer actually saw.

Here is the page they open.

No login, no app, no attachment to download. Their design on the garment, in the thread colors you picked, with the wording spelled out underneath and one approve button.

When they tap it, the approval saves onto the order with the date and their name on it. If you change the design and send it again, that approval clears, so there is never a signature sitting under a design nobody saw.

Common questions.

Will it work with the fonts I already bought?

Yes. Upload the letter files you already own and the studio stitches with those. You can upload a zip folder with the whole font in it, or the individual letter files on their own.

My fonts are .bx files. Will those work?

Broidry can't read a .bx file, and it doesn't need to. Almost every font you buy comes with a folder of PES files too, one for each letter. Upload that folder and you're set.

Do I need photos of my own garments before I can start?

No. Your shop comes with 11 garments already in it, so you can build a mockup the day you sign up. Add photos of the blanks you really stock whenever you're ready, and mark on each one where you stitch.

Does my customer need an account?

No. They tap the link, look at the picture, and tap approve. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to install.

What if they want a change after they've seen it?

Change the mockup and send it again. The old approval goes away the moment you resend, so the only approval on file is for the version they really saw.

Is the mockup accurate enough to trust?

The letters are drawn from the same stitch files your machine sews, at their true size in inches on the garment. The price estimate uses those same measurements.
