Holiday setup, done for you

With Holiday setup, we get your shop ready for the holiday rush. You send us your rate card numbers and your last day to take holiday orders. If you have them, you also send a team roster and the customer file you download from Square or Etsy. To find Holiday setup, open the menu and look under Money & settings. You can also go straight to broidry.com/dashboard/holiday-setup. Fill in what you have and press the send button. The send button says Send my holiday setup, or Pay $99 and send. Only your last day to take orders has to be filled in.

What we do

   As soon as you send your request, we put your last day to take holiday orders on your shop page. The date shows up in your holiday notice. To change the date any time, open the Production page and go to the Holiday planner tab.

   We figure out a new starting price for each product in your shop from your rate card. You'll see a list on the Holiday setup page with each product's price now and its new price. Press Use these prices to put them on your products. Pressing Use these prices also puts the stitch rate and digitizing fee you sent us on your Pricing & settings page. Until you press Use these prices, none of your prices change.

   We write your deadline post and an email to your customers. Both show up on the Holiday setup page. Each one has a button to copy it. Then share the post and send the email the way you usually do.

   If you send a team roster, we make a group order for each team. Each group order starts as a draft, so nobody can join yet. When one looks right, press Go live on your Group orders page and send its link to the team.

How long it takes

We finish the work within 3 business days after you send your request. The Holiday setup page shows where your request stands: Received, In progress, or Done. It also shows the day the work will be done. When the work is done, you'll get a note under the bell on your dashboard.

What it costs

Holiday setup is free if you pay for the Shop plan or the Atelier plan yearly. For every other shop, it's a one-time card payment of $99. When you press Pay $99 and send, a Stripe payment page opens. Your request is sent the moment your payment goes through. If you close the payment page instead, we don't send your request or charge you. Your answers stay saved on the Holiday setup page.

The yearly Shop plan is $390 a year. That's the price of ten months. The Holiday setup page shows the yearly price for your own shop. To move to yearly, open your Billing page, pick Yearly above the plans, and press the button on the plan you want. If you already pay for that plan monthly, press Switch to yearly on your plan's card.

If you still have your free shop build, it stays free. With your free shop build, we set up your products from your photos and prices. Your free shop build is separate from Holiday setup. To learn more, read the guide called We'll build your shop for you.
