Set up your shop page

4 minute read

Your shop page is the one link you share everywhere. The Storefront tab in your dashboard controls all of it, split into four smaller tabs so nothing is buried.

The four tabs

Your shop holds your name, your location, your welcome words, your logo, and your photo. Shops with a real face and a real town convert strangers better, because trust is the whole game.

What's on the page decides which sections appear and in what order: the welcome, featured products, the product grid, reviews, and your story. Empty sections never show, so you cannot end up with a bare spot.

How customers order controls the order form itself. Turn steps on or off to match how you work. If you turn the font and thread choices off, customers describe what they want in a single box instead.

Sale and getting found holds shop-wide sales, your announcement bar, and the basics that help your page show up in search.

Make it look like you

Pick a theme, or let the setup helper suggest one from your logo. The theme carries your colors and type through every page a customer sees, including their order form and tracking pages. Add a meet-the-maker photo. Customers buy custom work from a person, not a catalog.

Good to know: Every product photo can start life as one phone picture. Read Listing photos from one phone picture when you get to that step.
