Plugins: extras you switch on for your shop page and order form

2 minute read

Open Plugins in your dashboard, under Sell. Each plugin has its own card that says what it does and where it shows up. Flip the switch to turn it on for your shop. Flip it again to turn it off.

Plugins are part of the Atelier plan. On any other plan, you can still open the page and read every card. The switches start working the day your shop moves to Atelier.

Draw on screen

Draw on screen lets a buyer send you their handwriting, a child's drawing, or a quick sketch without a scanner or a photo. When it's on, your order form shows a button under the reference photo box that says No photo? Write it by hand. The buyer presses it, writes or draws on a white pad with a finger, a stylus, or a mouse, and presses Use this. The drawing shows up on the order page in the same spot as an uploaded photo. You can digitize from it there.

The pad has a thicker and a thinner pen and a Start over button. A buyer who changes their mind presses Remove next to the drawing and can upload a photo instead.
