Visits: who looks at your shop

3 minute read

Click Visits in the menu, under Grow. The page opens on the last 7 days. The buttons at the top switch it to the last 30 days or the last 90 days.

The sentence at the top says how many people looked at your shop and compares it with the same number of days before. Under it are three boxes. Looked is how many people opened any of your shop pages. Started to order is how many of them opened your order form or your cart. Placed an order is how many orders customers sent from your shop pages. Orders you add yourself are not counted there.

Sometimes a line under the boxes points out one thing worth a look. For example, it tells you when a product gets lots of looks and no orders.

Where they came from

Each person is listed under the place they came from: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Google and other searches, Etsy, Email, Other websites, or A text, a bookmark or a typed link. Broidry reads this from the link they clicked. A link opened inside the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Pinterest app counts for that app.

Next to each place, you see how many orders came from people who found you there. If a customer came from Instagram any time in the 30 days before ordering, that order goes to Instagram. An order goes to a text, a bookmark or a typed link only if the customer didn't come any other way.

What they looked at

Your products and pages, the most looked at first, with how many people looked at each one. A product also shows how many orders were placed for it. Click a product's name to open it.

Under that, Day by day has one bar for each day. Hold your mouse over a bar to see the date and the number.

What counts as a visit

Each person counts once a day, however many pages they open. Your own visits aren't counted. That means any visit while you're signed in, and any visit that day from the Wi-Fi or phone network you signed in on. Visits from a helper who signs in to your shop aren't counted either. Search engines and other robots aren't counted.

Broidry counts your shop's front page, your product pages, your order form, your cart, your link page, and every page of a website you built with Broidry.

Broidry started counting how many people looked on October 26, 2026. It started counting where people came from, and which of them ordered, in November 2026. If Broidry wasn't counting yet for part of the days you picked, the page doesn't compare them with the days before.

Which plan has it

The Visits page comes with the Maker plan and every plan above it. On the Free plan, once at least three people have looked at your shop this week, the Visits page shows how many. The Monday email tells you the same number.
