Every part of Customers and Leads

This video starts on the Customers page: search, tags, adding past customers, and the import link. Then it opens one customer's page: their contact info, tags, business account, notes, merging two customers, extra details you track yourself, order history with Reorder, and removing a customer. Last comes the Leads page: Catch a lead, each lead's buttons, and your idea link. I walk you through it myself. It has captions.

The Customers page is called Your people. When someone orders from you, Broidry adds them to Your people for you. Open a customer to see every order they placed and to keep notes only you see. The Leads page holds the questions that are not orders yet. Each one gets a follow-up message you can copy. Press Turn into order to make it a real order. What they said is already filled in.
